About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to strengthen our collaborations with hospitals, oncology centers, and healthcare providers, while driving business growth.

This is an immediate hire position — we are looking for someone who can start right away.

The role is ideal for a professional who understands the oncology diagnostics landscape and can effectively communicate the clinical and operational value of precision medicine to healthcare professionals.

You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our client base, supporting oncologists, hematologists, and pathologists in understanding our diagnostic portfolio, and positioning Genotypos as a trusted partner in precision oncology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, pathologists, hospital staff, and healthcare decision-makers
  • Promote Genotypos’ precision diagnostics portfolio through client visits, presentations, and educational meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, private oncology clinics, and diagnostic centers
  • Provide excellent customer support and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (laboratory operations, medical affairs, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor sales performance, collect customer feedback, and report on market trends and competitor activity
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in diagnostics, oncology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Understanding of the oncology environment and familiarity with molecular diagnostics or precision medicine concepts
  • Existing network or ability to rapidly build relationships within the Greek healthcare system
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex scientific concepts
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in life sciences, biology, or healthcare
  • Familiarity with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), liquid biopsy applications, and companion diagnostics
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations
  • Comfortable presenting to both small groups and larger audiences
