Assistant Accountant

We innovate in the field of personalized medicine, collaborating with 200+ hospitals across Greece, Europe, and third countries. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our headquarters in Agia Paraskevi, Athens.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain General and Commercial Accounting in accordance with Greek Accounting Standards (GAS)
- Issue invoices for diagnostic services and monitor balances
- Record accounting documents (expenses, purchases, fixed assets, payroll, collections, payments)
- Support tax reporting processes (VAT, INTRASTAT, recapitulative statements)
- Prepare financial reports and analyses
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors
- (Grant Thornton, Forvis Mazars)
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning
- Execute domestic and international payments
- Manage accounting activities for intercompany entities
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Greek accounting and tax legislation
- Experience with Softone
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
